Programme and Activities Information
The programme is being held on 16th, 17th and 18th July 2010. The key aspects of the programme are as follows: -
- Arambh of Panj Akhand Paaths 8.30am on 16th July with the Bhogh 9.30am on 18th July 2010.
- The installation of the Ghummatt (The Golden Dome) on the schools' new Gurdwara would take place in the presence of the sangat on 16th July in the morning.
- From five o'clock Friday evening, the kirtan darbar would start. The kirtan would continue until 10.30pm. The table below details all the kirtan timings.
- On Sunday 18th July, Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Southall would lead the sangat in a Nagar Kirtan (Fateh March) through Southall to the school.
- On Saturday and Sunday (17th and 18th July) a range of activities will take place on site to support and entertain the sangat. This includes a medical camp, information stall, youth kabadi and wrestling matches, dastaar cometitions, children's go karting and lots more. Please see the schedule below for more information.
